Arman Tsarukyan is convinced he is much smarter than Conor McGregor when it comes to the finer delicacies of life. The UFC fighter recently explained why he prefers renting certain luxuries rather than buying them.
During a recent segment with Aviator, ‘Ahalkalakets’ answered a fan question on why he rents yachts instead of buying one like McGregor:
“Because I’m smarter. Once a friend told me, ‘When you buy a yacht, you are happy two times. When you buy it and when you sell it. So that’s why I just rent it. Unless you have too much money like Conor.”

McGregor is arguably the richest MMA fighter of all time. From his exploits in the octagon to the vast business empire he has built, ‘The Notorious’ reportedly boasts a net worth of over $200 million.
Meanwhile, Tsarukyan’s father, Nairi, is an Armenian businessman who, according to many reports, has a net worth exceeding $100 million. However, in an interview with Ariel Helwani, Tsarukyan clarified that while his family is wealthy, their lifestyle doesn’t extend to ultra-luxury assets such as private jets and yachts.
McGregor owns a Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 yacht worth $3.5 million. The limited-edition vessel was created to celebrate the founding anniversary of Lamborghini and stands as one of the brand’s most exclusive luxury collaborations on water.
The watercraft is powered by twin MAN V12-2000HP engines, allowing the yacht to reach a top speed of 63 knots. The sea-faring vessel’s carbon-fiber construction also makes it one of the lighter offerings in its class.
When Arman Tsarukyan deemed prime Conor McGregor superior to Ilia Topuria
Conor McGregor and Ilia Topuria are arguably two of the greatest boxing-based strikers in the history of the UFC. Arman Tsarukyan, however, believes prime McGregor is superior to ‘El Matador’.
During an interview segment for HYPE FC last year, ‘Ahalkalakets’ argued that the elusiveness on his feet and distance management the Irishman showed during his MMA heyday were unlike anything else:
“Conor McGregor at his peak, due to his elusiveness, due to his distance management. He didn’t get hit at all in his peak. He just didn’t let anyone touch him.” [H/t: @Skalorski on YT]
