The Undertaker put on notice by major female star following WrestleMania 42

WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker is the most successful performer on The Grandest Stage of Them All. He has won 25 out of his 27 matches at WrestleMania. However, a popular female star recently put The Phenom on notice following her win at The Show of Shows.

On Night One, Becky Lynch challenged AJ Lee for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. The Man tried every trick in her book to finally get her first win over The Geek Goddess. She slammed the latter’s face into the exposed turnbuckle and followed it up with a Manhandle Slam to capture the title.

Earlier today, WWE’s official X (Twitter) handle shared a post to point out that it was Becky Lynch’s fifth win at WrestleMania, making her the woman with the most victories at The Showcase of Immortals. The Irish star quote-tweeted the post and mentioned The Undertaker while staying in character to jokingly insinuate that she was coming for the veteran’s WrestleMania record.

“I’m coming for ya @undertaker,” Lynch wrote.

A popular WWE Superstar opened up about defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania

Former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar became the first star to beat The Undertaker at WrestleMania when he pinned The Deadman at the 30th edition of The Show of Shows in 2014.

The Beast Incarnate spoke about the match during his recent appearance on the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast. Lesnar noted that many people were angry with him being the one to break The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak. He disclosed that the veteran got to know that he was going to lose only two hours before the actual bout.

“There’s a lot of people that are pissed that it’s me, but it’s not my call. And so my hats off to Undertaker, Mark, he’s a great guy. And at the end, it’s a business. It’s a give and take. And it was time for Taker to give — and it was a time for Brock Lesnar to take it. He’s coming to his [22nd] WrestleMania thinking that he’s going to win[,] and then two hours before we go on, the rug gets pulled on him. And so a lot of different emotions there, I’m sure. I was excited, but I also felt bad[,] too. Like, I’m the guy[,] and I get to be the guy,” Lesnar said. [H/T: ClutchPoints]

The Undertaker has recently undertaken a significant backstage creative and mentoring role in AAA. It will be interesting to see if he makes any on-screen appearances on the shows going forward.
