New WWE Championship will push the winner to the stratosphere

After John Cena announced the John Cena Classic recently, more details can now be exclusively reported.

This author spoke to sources within the company, who reported that the new WWE title to be introduced will be huge. John Cena put his name behind it because the winner of the title is going to be getting a huge boost. There are still a number of details to iron out about the tournament and the star who will win it, but the word is that the star who wins will be pushed “to the stratosphere.” The source also detailed that the expectation is that the winner will be someone who is both young but already a bit established.

“The new WWE title is going to be massive. John Cena only agreed to it and is helping behind the scenes because whoever wins it is going to get a huge boost the likes of which have not been seen in WWE for a long time. There’s still a lot of details to iron out, but you can believe whoever wins that is going to not only be someone that they completely believe in, but someone they are pushing to the stratosphere. The expectation is the new champion will be someone young but already a bit established to help the status of the title, but this will be an ongoing thing. Loads of stars are being talked about at this time but none of the details are fixed yet.”

The sources went on to reveal that, at this time, the details are expected to come out around SummerSlam, but nothing is ironclad. John Cena is also expected to be front and center.

“The details should come out some time after SummerSlam or during the show. We’ll know a lot more before the end of the year for sure, and of course Cena will be front and center.”
