How to find the Radio Beacon Box
The Radio Beacon Box in Sand Raiders of Sophie is a lootable item found at some major points of interest on the map, including abandoned towns, settlements, and forts. It appears as a yellow-colored metal box, and you will easily know if one is nearby before you see it, since it emits a beeping sound. Once you hear a beep, simply follow the noise until you locate the box.
Do note that as soon as you pick up the Radio Beacon Box, your location will become visible to all other players in the lobby. Moreover, a quest called “Box with a Radio Beacon delivery” triggers at this point, which has a two-hour real-time window for completion.
As such, we recommend that you loot the rest of the area first before picking up the Radio Beacon Box.
Where to deliver the Radio Beacon Box?
Once you have stowed the Radio Beacon Box inside your Trampler, delivering it is straightforward. All you need to do is successfully extract from the match. To do so, head to the nearest extraction point on the map and complete the extraction process. Afterward, the delivery quest will be automatically completed.
What to do with the Radio Beacon Box after extraction?
Once you are back at your base, open the shop tab in your inventory and locate the Radio Beacon Box. Here, you can sell each box for 2,000 Crowns, making it one of the most profitable loot items in the game right now.
