WWE Suddenly Pays Tribute To NWO; Hulk Hogan Features Prominently

WWE has suddenly paid tribute to the NWO and in doing so, they have also featured Hulk Hogan heavily. This has caught many by surprise.

The NWO, also known as the New World Order, was one of the most iconic factions in the world of wrestling. It mainly featured the late greats Hulk Hogan, Scott and also Kevin Nash. They had a legacy that is unmatched by many and WWE just released a collectors item to commemorate the great faction.

The company recently released a new title celebrating the NWO with the image of Hollywood Hogan engraved in the front of the title. The engraving features Hogan with his iconic Hollywood bandana with the words ‘new world order’ at the bottom.

This is a collectors item and it is on sale for 700 USD. Fans of the late great Hall of Famer will no doubt rush to get this title.

Kevin Nash remembers NWO, Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall

The NWO was formed on July 7 1996 when Hulk Hogan turned heel and attacked Randy Savage, thereby joining hands with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash. The trio then went on to terrorise the locker room and were the archetypical bad guys.

To commemorate 30 years since their forming, the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida posted an NWO graphic outside the venue. Nash, who is also known as Diesel, shared a picture and wrote that he was missing his stable mates.

“Saw this on the marquee in front of the Ocean Center today. 30 years ago, we created a piece of magic. Today, I felt sadness. Scott and Hulk have moved on. R.I.P NWO,” he wrote.

Hogan sadly passed away in July of last year while Scott Hall bid adieu in March 2022. Their absence is still keenly felt in the wrestling community and their memory is still upheld by a lot of wrestlers from the younger generation.
