Charley Hull has started this season on the LPGA Tour at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. She played three rounds of 70, 71, and 74 to settle in a tie for 17th place. After this, she played at the HSBC Women’s World Championship.
Hull also had a good time playing on the LPGA Tour last season. She played in 16 tournaments and made the cut in 14 of them. In a pre-tournament press conference of the 2026 HSBC Women’s World Championship, held on February 25, she opened up about the lessons she learned from the last season.
“I don’t think my memory is actually quite that good,” she said. ” I can’t really remember. I knew I come in fourth here last year. But probably the main thing is just try and keep going on the golf course because it’s so hot. That’s the only probably thing that sticks in my mind.”
Last season, she won the Kroger Queen City Championship and recorded runner-up finishes at the AIG Women’s Open and the Grant Thornton Invitational. She settled in a tie for fourth at the HSBC Women’s World Championship last season. It would be interesting to see how things will unfold for her in this season.
