“My strap just broke” – Tiffany Stratton suffered wardrobe malfunction backstage in WWE recently

Tiffany Stratton is the reigning Women’s United States Champion on SmackDown, and has been making regular appearances on the Friday Night Show.

In a recent stream on Twitch, she opened up about the time she suffered a wardrobe malfunction in gorilla position, right before she was about to head out into the arena.

“In gorilla, like, two minutes before I go in and wrestle, it was a commercial break and I was warming up, and my strap broke off of my gear, literally a minute and a half before I was supposed to go out so I screamed, ‘My strap just broke!’ And I almost had to wrestle in my merch shirt, and then we had to tie it up. It was the butterfly top white gear with the blue and the pink. So yeah, that was really scary, everyone was panicking in gorilla, it was probably the worst day of my life,” she said.

Stratton is seemingly forming a partnership with Chelsea Green on the blue brand, after retaining her title on last week’s episode with help from her.

Tiffany Stratton reveals why she changed her finisher

In a recent conversation with Brandi Rhodes on A Shot of Brandi, Tiffany Stratton revealed why she changed her finisher to the Prettiest Moonsault Ever.

“So I actually, originally, when I first got on TV it was a Vader bomb, but it had like a full twist and I called it the Tiffy twist. So it wasn’t originally like my plan to have that as my finish. And then like I started landing the Tiffy twist kind of like awkwardly on my side or I wasn’t completing the twist every time and it just like scared me ’cause like you’re coming into the ground so fast and you’re twisting at the same time. So I’m like, I don’t wanna break my nose on accident. So I decided to do the moonsault,” Tiffany Stratton said.

The Prettiest Moonsault Ever is actually a tribute to Christopher Daniels, who used the same move and used to call it the Best Moonsault Ever. Coincidentally, Jacob Fatu also uses the same move on the main roster and calls it the Mighty Moonsault.
