On WWE SmackDown, Giulia was facing Blake Monroe as the star finally made her debut on the main roster. However, during the match, she suffered an injury, which led to things getting out of hand. Monroe pinned the star without even hitting her with a finishing move to end the match early, as the referee called for it, and doctors rushed to her to check on her.
She was on the ropes trying to take out Monroe when an attack took her out, and she landed headfirst on the turnbuckles. However, it was when she fell back into the ring that it was scary, as her head smashed down on the mat. It appeared that the fall hurt her, and the referee quickly checked on her before telling Monroe something.
Monroe didn’t try to hit a finisher and instead directly pinned the star, bringing the match to an end. After the match was done, in unseen footage that has now emerged, doctors rushed to check on her and helped her out of the ring and to the back. She looked shaken and hardly able to walk.
The star has been in a rivalry with Monroe for some time now, with both stars attacking each other and their attacks stopping Monroe from debuting. However, now that Monroe has finally debuted, the first match ended in a defeat for Giulia, something that she won’t be happy about. However, given the ending of the bout, it’s not clear if that was the manner in which Monroe was to win.
