Taylor Swift ranked guests from A to D tier depending on importance for $20,00,000 wedding with Travis Kelce: Report

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce exchanged vows at Madison Square Garden on July 3 in the presence of nearly 1000 invited guests. Reports have emerged that the couple used a guest hierarchy to manage the massive crowd at the iconic arena.

A Daily Mail report revealed details of the tiered system used to manage logistics for the power couple’s estimated $20 million ceremony.

“Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding reportedly included a system which ranked attendees from A to D list, according to their importance to the bride,” the media outlet wrote on X.

According to insiders, the tier system was used to space out arrivals at the arena to manage crowds and media attention. Lower-ranked guests, Tier C and Tier D, were instructed to arrive as early as 2:30 p.m., three hours before the actual ceremony.

Since there was a strict no-phone policy at the door, these guests were left waiting for hours with no entertainment, as cocktail service didn’t begin until 4:00 p.m. Tier A and Tier B included core VIPs and high-profile entertainment and sports figures. They were permitted to arrive much closer to the 5:30 p.m. start time.

Multiple insiders revealed that the venue had only about 150 seats. This left 800+ guests standing throughout the ceremony, which included a 40-minute window dedicated to the couple’s personal vows.

Former journalist questions Taylor Swift’s lavish wedding

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s star-studded wedding reportedly welcomed around 1,000 guests and cost at least $20 million. The guest list included family members, Hollywood celebrities, and major figures from the sports and music worlds.

The lavish celebration, however, drew criticism from former Fox News host Megyn Kelly during an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored.

“I really think she’s [Swift] empty inside,” Kelly said. “I think most people who seek fame at a very early age, like in their teens, are chasing after some sort of fullness that wasn’t provided by their family of origin, for whatever reason, and it never comes.”

Kelly also expressed skepticism about the reported guest count for the wedding. She joked that very few people have 1,000-person weddings. While she admitted that some large families could reach that number, she believes Swift’s celebration was unusually massive.
