Wuthering Waves Lucy Resonance Chain guide

Wuthering Waves has finally released Lucy as a playable character. She is a 5-star Spectro Resonator that uses Pistols during combat and is a pretty strong DPS unit. During the Wuthering Waves x Cyberpunk Edgerunners collab, you’ll get a chance to get more copies of Lucy and unlock more Sequence Nodes on her Resonance Chain to make her even stronger.

This article covers all six of Lucy’s Sequences and briefly discusses the ones that you can get in Wuthering Waves.

Here are all six of Lucy’s Sequence Nodes in Wuthering Waves:

S1:

  • Lucy becomes immune to interruptions during Resonance Skill – Payload or Pulse Interference, Heavy Attack – Dual Threading or Multi-Threading.
  • Casting Intro Skill increases ATK by 20% for 14s.
  • When a party member defeats an enemy affected by Spoofing Program with direct damage, Lucy records the effect triggered and activates the corresponding Quick Action on that party member for 6s.
  • Quick Action: When activated, inflict the recorded Spoofing Program effects on targets within a certain distance from the active party member, effective once only on each target.
  • The following Spoofing Program effects can be recorded: Cyberware Malfunction, Breach Protocol, Cripple Movement, Weapon Glitch, and Cyberpsychosis. When applying Spoofing Program effects via Quick Action, only the continuous status effects are applied.

S2:

  • While casting regular and enhanced Resonance Liberation, starting RAM is increased to 32.
  • After casting Pulse Interference Resonance Skill, deal an additional instance of Spectro DMG equal to 450% of Lucy’s ATK, considered Heavy Attack DMG.
  • When this instance of damage hits the target, apply all of the following Spoofing Program Effects: Cyberware Malfunction, Breach Protocol, Cripple Movement, Weapon Glitch, and Cyberpsychosis. Only the continuous status effects are applied.
  • Forte Circuit – Depths of Blackwall is enhanced: When casting Heavy Attack – Multi-threading, if Lucy has SQL, the DMG Multiplier increase is raised from 270% to 560%.

S3:

  • The DMG Multiplier of Override from both regular and enhanced Resonance Liberations is increased by 50%, and its Crit. DMG is increased by 100%.
  • The DMG Multiplier of Spoofing Program – Cripple Movement is increased by 65%.
  • The DMG Multiplier of Hack Response – Data Crash is increased by 65%.

S4:

  • When a party member inflicts Hack – Shifting, all Resonators in the team gain 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus for 20s.

S5:

  • The stack limit of Optical Illusion obtainable from Ghost Cyberware Inherent Skill is increased to 2. Inherent Skill – Ghost Cyberware is now enhanced: When Lucy’s HP falls below 50%, she immediately gains 1 stack of Optical Illusion upon being hit, cooldown 180s. When Optical Illusion is triggered, Lucy gains a Shield equal to 150% of ATK for 10s.

S6:

  • Targets with Hack – Shifting or in the Hack – Interfered state take 40% increased Heavy Attack DMG and 60% increased Hack DMG from Lucy.
  • The Stagnation triggered by Hack Response – Data Crash now lasts for 1.5s.

All of Lucy’s Sequences, except S4, are amazing, but S3 would be a good stopping point. Her first three Sequence Nodes give her immunity to interruptions, activate her Spoofing debuffs from her Skill, and also greatly boost her total damage output. Even if you can’t get S3, her S1 and S2 are also amazing upgrades for Lucy.
