Clark, 21, is ranked No. 1 in the Tigers’ farm system and No. 13 among all major league prospects by MLB Pipeline.
The No. 3 overall pick in the 2023 draft is batting .276 with 11 homers, 42 RBIs and 21 stolen bases in 90 games this season at Triple-A Toledo.
Clark has been tearing it up in July, batting .338 with a 1.086 OPS and five home runs through 19 games.
Through four seasons in the minors, the center fielder has slashed .272/.383/.425 with 36 home runs, 203 RBIs and 74 steals in 331 games.
Detroit will need to make room on its 26- and 40-man rosters to complete the transaction.
