Undefeated UFC star Josh Hokit took a shot at Jake Paul after the latter posted a list of athletes he wanted to fight. ‘The Problem Child’ responded to Sean Strickland’s callout and named several stars like Conor McGregor, Tom Aspinall and even Francis Ngannou.
Paul named boxers Canelo Alvarez, Ryan Garcia and Chris Eubank too, along with others, but Hokit believed the influencer-turned-boxer didn’t want to face him, and explained why:
“@jakepaul, @ciryl_gane,@AlexPereiraUFC, boxing or MMA, none want the Incredible Hok, smoke. I destroy Jake, easy. I’m Jakes size & age so he would never fight me. AJ’s size was his built in excuse. Ciryl & Alex were praying not to fight me. Ciryl was forced to. P******.”

Paul has boxed several boxers and MMA stars, but none of them were in their primes. He was brutally knocked out by Anthony Joshua in his last fight, and suffered a broken jaw as well.
Strickland’s recent outburst about leaving the UFC for more pay led him to call out Paul. ‘The Problem Child’ seemed willing to discuss terms with the UFC middleweight champion, but only if he was out of contract.
As for Hokit, he is set to fight Ciryl Gane for the heavyweight title at UFC 334. The American has looked impressive since joining the UFC, and now has a chance to win gold at the first time of asking.
With a big fight ahead, this isn’t the first time Hokit has clashed with Paul.
Jake Paul sends Josh Hokit a major warning
Earlier in the year, Jake Paul offered $1 million to any NFL star who could outperform him in the ring. He also suggested that he could catch a touchdown pass in the NFL with no training.
That seemed to irk Josh Hokit, who is a former NFL player. ‘The Incredible Hok’ called out Paul and claimed he would beat ‘The Problem Child’ in any sport:
“With all due respect, @jakepaul… Not only could I beat you in a boxing match, I’d beat you in any sport under the sun.”
Paul responded to Hokit’s challenge, but wanted the UFC fighter to face him in Puerto Rico:
“I see your hustle. You do your best to sell. If you want to fly down to Puerto Rico and box – anytime I will gladly embarrass you.”
